Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to browse my website. It’s hard to sum up my profession or identity in a single sentence. I’m always juggling many things at the same time. To put it simply, I’m a researcher in media studies. I teach, do research, write blog posts, make videos, and run a small publishing house and an academic journal. Over the years, I’ve been an assistant professor, a research fellow, a stay-at-home mom, a freelancer, and a YouTuber. My publishing house is called Carter & Co. Publishing, and my newest academic journal is Journal of Language, Media and Society. 

 

So much is happening in the world every single second. I hope that, through my own perspective, I can record at least a tiny part of it. Even something small can become deeply precious over the course of a lifetime. However we’ve formed this virtual connection, I truly value it. I hope you enjoy what you find here.
